Refund policy
Please read carefully before purchasing.
Due to hygiene regulations and contamination risk, any opened or used cosmetic products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes mascara, lash curlers, lash serums, accessories, mirrors, and scrunchies.
We only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
Once a product has been opened, it is considered used and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Refunds
KAKE Cosmetics does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Opened or used cosmetics
• Unopened or unused items
• Customer preference or expectation differences
• Wand breakage due to incorrect use
• Claims of clumping, wetness, or removal difficulty
• Misunderstanding of tubing formulation or warm-water removal process
All orders are final sale.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Wand Mechanism Policy (Important)
Our adjustable wand mechanism is designed to tilt when the mascara tube is open so users can angle the brush for precision.
If the wand is twisted or angled while the tube is closed, mechanical stress can occur and may result in breakage. This is not a manufacturing fault.
Therefore:
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or compensation for broken wands caused by incorrect use or improper twisting.
Full usage instructions are clearly provided in our product demonstrations, and customers are responsible for using the wand mechanism as intended.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos.
Damaged items caused during shipping or fulfilment error will be replaced by us promptly. Damage from improper use is not eligible.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If you require a different item, a new purchase must be made.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
• Used or opened cosmetics
• Items purchased during sales or promotional offers
• Gift cards
• Products damaged through misuse or incorrect handling
• Wand breakage caused by twisting the brush while the tube is closed
