KAKE Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to KAKE! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy carefully before completing your purchase.


United Kingdom Shipping

  • Standard Delivery (Tracked) — £3.50
    • Delivery within 2–4 working days.
    • Available across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland and remote areas.
    • Delivered Monday–Saturday via EVRi tracked service.
  • Next Day Delivery (Tracked — Mainland UK Only) — £6.50
    • Next working day delivery for orders placed before 12PM GMT Monday–Friday.
    • Available for Mainland UK addresses only.
    • Orders placed after 12PM will dispatch the following working day.
    • Next Day Delivery is not available for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, or other remote areas.


International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

  • Europe — £9.50

    We currently ship to the following countries in Europe: Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic, and Switzerland.

    Delivery estimated within 3–7 working days.
    • Tracked delivery via EVRi. Customs processing may delay delivery.
  • USA & Canada — £15.00
    • Delivery estimated within 7–14 working days.
    • Tracked delivery via EVRi. Customs clearance may impact delivery times.
  • Australia & New Zealand — £17.50
    • Delivery estimated within 7–14 working days.
    • Tracked delivery via EVRi. Customs clearance may impact delivery times.
  • Japan — £15.00
    • Delivery estimated within 7–14 working days.
    • Tracked delivery via EVRi. Customs clearance may impact delivery times.


Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially during peak periods or due to customs processing.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
  • We are not responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply for international orders.
  • Orders placed during weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to the United Kingdom, selected countries in Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
  • If you live in a remote location, delivery times may vary.
