I ordered the bundle deal and got a black & brown mascara but had an issue with one of the wands that snapped inside the tube during use. I messaged and only requested if I could purchase a new wand as I love the mascara and was gutted that I could no longer use it. They immediately despatched a whole new item. Absolutely above and beyond!
The mascara itself is wonderful. Gives great lengths and curl but also knowing it is also nourishing my lashes that were damaged by an over processed lash lift, is just an amazing bonus!

Loved the design, the branding and the packaging but the mascara itself is superb. Doesn’t flake, clump or budge but is easy to wash off. I will be buying more!
Been using for two weeks now, fantastic product, stays on your lashes and doesn’t drop on too your face, havent used mascara regularly for a few years as this appeared to be happening with most, would highly recommend this product, thank you xx
